Tier 3 grants you the option to buy up to 80 coins every 2 real-life weeks, at a cost of 5k per coin. These coins can be used to purchase custom weapons that are only accessible to gun plugs.  Gun Plug Tier 3 will grants you access to the Tier 1, 2, & 3 gun plug shop.
